Wheels made from Bottle Caps
I use 1 1/2 inch caps from Cranapple drink bottles

I drill a hole in the center of the cap. These caps have a dimple in the center so it is easy
to locate. then I cut a piece of coroplast so that the barring extends through the hole and
is held straight. I used the 3 sizes of coffee stirrer inside one another so the barring is held snug
in the corploast

I made the barring from 3 different sizes of coffee stirrers. that I picked up, one inside the other
Then I cut a piece of coroplast so that the barring is held straight and comes out the hole.
Then I trim it with the band saw and use a 1/2 inch Forstner bit to cut lightning holes between
the coroplalst spokes.
